CLICK BAIT ("the game", "we", "us") is developed by Benjamin Adams. This policy explains what data the game collects and how it is used.
Data We Collect
Analytics (Firebase / Google Analytics): We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data such as app opens, session length, level/run progress, and general device/OS info. This helps us understand how the game is played and fix bugs.
Advertising (Google AdMob): The game shows optional rewarded ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers and device information to serve and measure ads. See Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles this data.
In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing): If you purchase the "Remove Ads" upgrade, the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment information — Google handles it under its own privacy policy.
Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, camera, microphone, or any other personal data directly. We do not require an account or login to play.
Permissions Used
Internet: required for ads, analytics, and in-app purchases.
Vibrate: used for haptic feedback during gameplay.
Third-Party Services
This game uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
CLICK BAIT is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ad content is served in accordance with Google AdMob's policies.
Data Retention & Your Choices
Local game progress is stored on your device only. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to Google's own retention policies. You can opt out of personalized ads via your device's ad settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads).
